As part of the Assignment Services (Outsourcing) Department, the Global Compensation Accumulation and Advisory service team provides and manages services for multinational companies who send employees (assignees), and their families, to work and live in another country. The core function of the Global Compensation Accumulation and Advisory service team is to gather, consolidate and provide information on an assignee's pay and benefits to create a central global repository of total compensation data.
