Monitor and evaluate the continuing relevance and effectiveness of company compliance and administration procedures and, where appropriate, implement updated procedures in order to ensure Vantis Financial Management continues to meet regulatory requirements; Manage the completion of procedural requirements relating to complaints, financial promotions and recruitment, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
