The Project Management Office is responsible for ensuring that a robust governance framework is in place around all of the team’s delivery initiatives. This entails coordinating management reporting on project status, risk/issue/action tracking and providing project management expertise to junior project managers. The PMO ensures efficient and high quality delivery across all PAR team initiatives. In addition the PMO will support PMs directly on delivery initiatives and will be directly responsible for aspects of project delivery.
