Leading a team of 12 transition professionals, to provide existing clients with a full transition service. The role is client facing whilst also ensuring team is supplied with correct and timely instructions which enable a quality service to be provided. To provide Management with MIS to show efficient use of staff time and resources. Also to manage the relationship with all internal departments to effect a smooth handover from transitions to BAU.
