As the Head of Performance & Innovation, you will lead and support the performance management process for Brand, Web and Customer Experience, including the critique of balanced scorecards, and the evaluation of remedial actions. You will conduct root cause analysis of monthly results and validity testing of proposed contingency plans to identify all risks and opportunities. You will be expected to manage & co-ordinate all annual financial planning for Brand, Web, Customer Experience and Innovation, and lead on ensuring Marketing Campaigns are supported by appropriate measurement processes and are delivering against planned Return on Investment.
