As a Director you will be responsible for providing proactive leadership to the team, managing projects and deputising for Partners at times. This includes planning, monitoring, reviewing work of junior members, report writing, supporting partners by providing front line advice to solicitors and clients and taking active responsibility for businesses development and marketing initiatives.
