The purpose for this role is to provide the leadership team with Support and to design, communicate and deliver the Quaker planning process; Lead core planning processes - Strategic Plans, AOP and forecasts - set targets for cost centres/functions, timelines, roll-up, communicate -fully understand all reporting requirements and ensure all businesses deliver the required information in a timely manner plus subsequent interrogation of the financials to allow for QTBU Operating Board debate on performance drivers and course correction.
