Job Description
As a Corporate Financier your responsibilities will include:
* Extensive forecasting and analytical work for the purposes of carrying out business valuations and financial modelling;
* Research for and production of reports, presentations and business plans;
* Preparation of key transactional documents (e.g. blind profiles, information memoranda, non-disclosure agreements);
* Review of legal documentation relating to transactions (e.g. heads of terms, sale of shares agreements)
