The role will be initially based in our Stoke offices, covering the North West including Liverpool, Chester, Warrington, Manchester and Stoke. You will be supporting the Corporate Finance team in a range of activities including report writing (e.g. preparation of information memorandums and business plans), financial modelling (e.g. cash flow / financing models), M&A analysis (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers) and valuation support / analysis.
