We are looking for individuals who have good knowledge and experience of the Lenders’ Technical Adviser role such that they can both lead due diligence teams and undertake the commercial aspects of due diligence assignments. Other desirable knowledge and experience would include a range of sectors, international projects, European languages and wider due diligence experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestments.
