The Agricultural Manager manages a portfolio of between 100 to 150 existing customer relationships, all of whom operate in the farming industry. Customers in the portfolio tend to be reasonably sized, fairly complex operations spread out across large geographical areas. The AM M94 is primarily responsible for generating new business with existing customers, protecting the portfolio from attrition and maximising opportunities to develop new customers and grow the portfolio. They have lending authority up to £250,000 through which they offer services direct to the customer.
